Step I. Complimentary Intro Call
We take care of researching and finding the perfect location for your customretreat. Our services include:
Step II. Research & Proposal ($250 Fee)
Based on our initial conversations, we'll prepare a proposal for you, outlining 3-5 destinations within your desired budget with hotels, activities, and other elements we think would align with your desired retreat. Once you select a retreat location, we’ll prepare a detailed retreat costing for your review.
Step III. Contract & Planning
Once you’re ready to book, we will finalize the process by signing a contract proceeding with securing your venue, coordinating flights and processing client payments in adherence with TICO laws and regulations.
